What the free workspace includes
One orientation without an account. In the 14-day trial: 15 orientations, 9 laboratory searches and 3 saved cases. After that: 3 orientations, 2 laboratory searches and 1 saved case a month. Each search shows up to three leads. Any verified email is accepted.
Payment never raises an evidence level or moves a provider up a list. Laboratories are not charged to correct information or to answer a request.
Coming later, no price or date yet: Field Agent Pro — a stronger model and help from quotation to order — and secure analysis of your measurement data; no files are collected, stored or used today.

About case support.
What does the case-support price depend on?
How many methods are in scope, how many laboratories have to be approached, and how much of the answer has to be reconstructed from sources. We agree the figure in writing before anything starts.
When do I pay?
After the work is delivered, against an invoice. Nothing is charged in advance, and nothing is charged if we cannot agree a scope.
What if the answer is that nobody can do it?
That is a result, and often a useful one. What happens in that case is part of the written scope.
